Full job description

  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to grow the business.
  • Expanding our operations.
  • Overseeing the hiring, orienting and training of the staff.
  • Handling check-ins and check-outs personally. Recording contact details, Govt. IDs, email IDs, Instagram IDs of the guests on check-in. Staying in touch with the customer through the day he books till the moment he checks-out. Getting every guest to follow our Instagram page.
  • Making sure that every room room is is super super clean and well- equipped with all the required/ amenities before check-ins. Monitoring ng the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchase requisitions. Inspecting and checking available stock and determining the need for stocking.
  • Scheduling work shifts, managing malingerers and assigning tasks to the staff according to their specialty.
  • Collect payments, if any, and record all expenditures which can be billed further. Being a good leader who does not flake, take sudden vacations or be the first one to leave the building because that is the best way to make sure that the tree of hate blossoms in the hearts of our staff.
  • Striking a deal with nearby restaurants to give our guests a discount if they order from them.
  • Cutting down our expenses in procuring plants, furniture, rugs, cushions, linens and toiletries. Bringing our costs down in hiring cleaners and repairmen. Identifying laundry services whichrovide the best service at the most reasonable price.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
