CTO early/founding team member for B2B SaaS Startup (PART TIME, SWEAT EQUITY ONLY - NO CASH COMPENSATION!)

What I'm Looking For:
I am looking for a senior level CTO/technical expert to partner with me to build this new startup venture. I've done a lot of market validation work (all indicators point to a great market opportunity), showed MVPs to several people with many of them showing interest in becoming early users, set up a "coming soon" website, and some basic wireframes and product requirements are completed. Now I'm looking for someone to help build out the product.

The CTO will need to be hands-on to help build the prototype. This means that you'll the primarily developer/builder of the product and will need to be a full stack engineer (dev & devops) for the time being. Then as we grow as a company, you'll be the overall technical leader of the company.

Ideally the CTO would have had prior experience building B2B SaaS products, and even better if s/he has experience building products that are either data visualization/BI SaaS and/or integrated with popular B2B CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and B2B marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo)...i.e., marketing tech or sales tech. Even better if you have experience in machine learning or natural language processing/generation.

A Little About Me:
I am a long time B2B SaaS veteran (20+ years). My last 17 years has been spent in various tech startups in Silicon Valley, from bootstrapped and early stage companies where I was employee #4 or #5 and launched from ground zero, to growth stage venture backed companies where I had the luxury of managing large marketing & go-to-market teams. One of the startups I was with (an ML-based predictive analytics company for B2B) was successfully acquired. My startup is based in the same space, so I know this market inside and out. I'm also the Head of Growth at an early stage VC firm and accelerator. 

High Risk, High Reward:
It will just be the three of us for now (I have a UI/UX lead partner), possibly a fourth founding team member focusing on data science. Once we get traction with an early version of the product then we can raise some seed funding, apply to tech accelerators (I am a mentor at one of them), hire additional developers, etc., though my personal preference is to bootstrap this for as long as possible. Thus, I need a partner who has a high risk tolerance and is willing to work for sweat equity until we scale the business. If this sounds like you, let's chat!
