Role Description

We are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE who will be responsible for assisting agents with inquiries regarding their policies, including status updates, billing issues, pending changes, audit questions, and more.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of recent outstanding customer service experience is required
  • Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred
  • Experience with Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office is required

  • Strong phone and follow-up skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
  • Ability to call potential clients with confidence
  • Provide input into strategic marketing activities for new products and enhancements to existing products based on customer needs
