Roles Responsibility:

Disney Consumer Products (DCP) is looking for a Marketing Executive to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across our franchises and our licensees (partners) in India. These campaigns are expected to increase awareness, drive sales and expand the presence of Disney products online and offline towards maximizing economic potential of the Disney Consumer Products business. We are looking for energetic and proactive self-starters with the ability to work in a collaborative environment and with a strong background in Digital marketing. The candidate will be critical in taking the lead on ideating and executing the marketing campaign initiatives and manage the day to day operation of the marketing team.





Areas of Responsibility

- Ideate, conceptualize and manage key marketing strategies and integrated campaigns for our franchises and marketing tentpoles in retail, digital and on-ground environments.
- Conceptualizing the framework and strategy for the digital campaigns and ensuring its execution with a strong control over social media amplification, Influencer activities, contests & gratifications etc.

- Taking ownership of ideating marketing themes/ideas, go to market campaign strategies, digital marketing concepts for our licensees’ campaigns by integrating a strong Disney storytelling and Disney brand values.
- Be a strong brand steward and act as the day-to-day lead with licensees in reviewing marketing materials, providing insightful guidance/feedback, and managing/approving go-to-market plans, creative assets, and marketing activations after following the approval protocols.

Work with third party agencies and vendors to ideate, plan and execute marketing campaigns and ensuring the campaigns are as per the Disney values and guidelines.





Developing pitch decks for the commercial team encapsulating the campaign idea and marketing thought starters for the key tentpole campaigns.

- Ensure timely and high quality execution across projects + seamless management of the day-to-day operations on ongoing and topical campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, PR, Franchise, Regional Marketing, Category Managers) to secure alignment/feedback/approvals on all marketing deliverables
- Play a strong role in ideating, managing projects, campaigns and events in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as part of a lean-sized team
- Keep track of budgets and prepare post-promotional campaign decks to measure the success of various marketing programs
- Fulfil administrative tasks including issuing of purchase orders, payment processing, vendor creation, files consolidation, premiums management,



courier services and other ad-hoc requirements
- Keeping track of marketing budgets and managing quarterly reporting of launched marketing initiatives

Liaise with licensees/partners for prizes and premiums within required timelines for social media contests and/or campaign giveaways

- New business development: Build and manage lead generation process and pipeline, identify high potential new-to-Disney partners and pitching the Disney licenses to these potential partners.

Negotiate commercial terms and close deals before handing over to the Account Management team.

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required

- At least 1-2 years’ relevant work experience in a marketing role.
- Prior experience in digital marketing is preferred.




- This role requires the seamless ability to take ownership and lead campaign planning and execution alongwith high level project management for timely executions.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a positive attitude with a flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for innovation, creative problem solving, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
