Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring the achievement of client satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and needs, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive account growth and identify new business opportunities.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor account performance metrics, ensuring that all goals and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on account health and strategic initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to optimize value for both CVS Health and the client.
  • Assist in the development of account-specific proposals and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management, with a focus on managing large or strategic accounts.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve client outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other business-related tools.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior account management, client services, or related roles within a corporate or healthcare setting.
  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is a plus.
  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours, based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • Remote work environment, with occasional travel required for client meetings or company events.
